North Park is a Title I school. The purpose of Title I is to provide funding to bridge the gap between low-income students and other students. The U.S. Department of Education provides supplemental funding to local school districts to meet the needs of at-risk and low-income students.
Parents Right to Know Letter
The Federal Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 requires school districts that receive federal Title funding to notify parents of their right to know the professional qualifications of the classroom teachers and paraprofessionals, if applicable, who instruct their child.

Parent/Guardian Engagement Policy
The North Park Elementary School staff believes open lines of communication between parents/guardians and staff provide a solid foundation on which to build a strong partnership. The administration, staff, and parents/guardians believe that the improved academic achievement of each student is the responsibility shared by the entire school community to prepare students for a lifelong love of learning.
We believe in the following definition of parent/guardian involvement and will carry out programs, activities, and procedures in accordance with this definition.
