Tomorrow is the FUN RUN! Please send your child in TENNIS SHOES tomorrow. We will be inside, but sandals/crocs would not be safest. Students will get to go to the gym for a GLOW RUN with music and lots of fun. We will be sharing pictures. Tonight is the last night for donations. We are at $13,500!!! It would be amazing to close out the fundraiser at $14,000. We appreciate our families SO VERY MUCH!!!
Friendly reminder for preschool parents that our preschoolers are all dropped off at the front of the school in the morning. Car rider line is for kindergarten only in the morning. Preschool uses the car rider line in the afternoon only. Also, preschool car rider was much smoother yesterday! Just remember that drivers must stay in their vehicles, staff will help your child inside your vehicle and then you may pull over in the bus parking to buckle in. Please do not get out of your vehicle while in the line.
NPES Preschool Families - We are having another great day at preschool! I wanted to clarify that in the car rider line, we do need all parents to stay in the car. School staff will open the doors and place your child in his/her seat. You will need to pull over in the bus parking area to get out and secure your child. Parents cannot get out of their vehicle in the car rider line so that we can keep the traffic flowing and for everyone's safety. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to call and ask to speak to Mrs. Hayes or Mrs. Morgan before car rider line today. 270-351-4464. We will be outside to help monitor today. Have a great day!
Happy Labor Day! Please read our NPES Family Newsletter for the week! Several important announcements are inside. Also - WE DID IT! We CRUSHED OUR FUN RUN GOAL - see newsletter for more info! Dental Clinic starts this week ONLY for students with permission slip turned in.

We had a GREAT first day of preschool and look forward to another great "first" day with our 3-day preschoolers tomorrow! Thank you to our preschool parents for an amazing job with transportation and procedures and special thanks to our kinder families for your patience with a new transition as well. Our staff worked very hard to prepare and today was evidence of how much our Tiny Trojans are loved all throughout NPES. (Also - exciting update - we are just $1144 from our goal! Wow! Let's crush it)
NPES Parents - we are getting SO VERY CLOSE to our goal. Just $1800 to go! WOW! Check out these stats and updates regarding our fundraiser. If just 25 new families registered today or tonight and shared, I bet we'd crush the goal before tomorrow! Preschool - we really need your help, too! If your child was at school today, they will come home with a lanyard with all the info. Go to mybooster.com to register today!!
Register your student at MyBooster.com to join the fun. Search for “North Park Elementary School.”
💵 Donate and ✉️ share. We are encouraging every family to share their donation page with 10 people.
We are excited to welcome our preschool students today for the first time this school year!
It's never too late to enroll in preschool! Call 270-769-8911 or go to https://www.hardin.kyschools.us/administration/early-childhood-education-preschool for more information!
North Park Kindergarten families - just a reminder that preschool starts tomorrow and Friday! Morning bus routes may be impacted, especially as these new Tiny Trojans learn how to load the bus and drivers connect with the new families. We appreciate your patience tomorrow! We are so excited to have ALL of our students at school this week!
Preschool Families! We discovered yesterday that most of you have not been receiving the one calls, text messages and emails we have been sending to you from the school. Unfortunately, this was a glitch with our new communication system and we had no idea! We believe the issue is fixed, so hopefully you are receiving this!
Some important things we have shared that we want you to know:
We send a family newsletter every Sunday. WE HAVE A LOT OF DETAILS REGARDING WHAT WILL HAPPEN THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR PRESCHOOL IN THIS NEWSLETTER. You can read the most current one here:
https://secure.smore.com/n/b6vk3
We also have a spirit store open until Thursday at midnight. You can buy your North Park gear here: https://kyvintagetees.com/collections/northpark
We are in the middle of a huge fundraiser for our school. We encourage all of our preschool families to register. It doesn't cost anything to register and it shares the info with family/friends. We have raised $6500 so far. If you could register ASAP, your child gets prizes AND you will help us reach our $10,000 goal. This money goes directly to buy things for your child. More info is in our family newsletter!
